Absolutely, we will go through your business in great detail, work out what your mission, values and goals are as well as the way that your business is run so that we can determine all of the assets that you need for every touchpoint.

This totally depends what you need - we have 3 branding packages available, as well as a product packaging service and generic graphic design. The best thing to do is to fill out an enquiry form and we will get back to you with more detailed pricing depending on your requirement.

Anywhere from 1-2 weeks through to 6 weeks! It really depends on the package chosen, as well as any deadlines you have for your business. We can work to streamlined turnaround times where needed.

Absolutely! Everyone that works with KOB Design UK signs a contract - it protects both you and us throughout this process.

In some cases yes. If you are based in the UK, we have a list of approved vendors that we use for print projects that would be able to take on your project. If you are not based in the same location as us (London, UK), it’s sometimes easier for you to determine a printer in your area. That being said, we are more than happy to discuss with your preferred vendor and manage the print process remotely. In this case, there will be a small print management fee added to the project.

You will be involved every step of the way. In the early stages we will discuss a lot of your likes/dislikes as well as your business goals, your mission, your vision, where you see your business going and what pain points you currently have. In the creative direction stage, you will be presented with 3 different directions and from there you will start to see the vibe that your brand is taking - this takes out the element of surprise so that when I present the final concept to you, you will have already been involved in and approved the inspiration, look and feel - so I can confidently say, you will like it! But if you don’t - that’s ok too. We will revisit the concept and find something that suits the strategy and vision, that is more to your taste.

We get it, it can sound like a risk, but sometimes (almost always) it’s ideal for someone on the outside to look in, and be able to see things in a different light. This is the type of scenario where a brand designer can work out the typical conventions of the industry, the competition and then work out where you want to be in that market, and how much you want to push the boundaries of those conventions and stand out in the best way. A strong designer can work in any industry.

Web design and development is a speciality in itself, and lucky for you, we have fully qualified UX/UI designers! We do have some website design packages available, which are developed bespoke to your requirements. We also partner with a web specialist to build the website to make sure you are off to a great start.

We can fill in the gaps, and assist with product names, tag lines, mission statements, vision and values and other short messaging throughout your brand. But when it comes to lengthy copy for brochures, presentations, or websites, that’s not a service we currently provide. You will need to hire a copywriter to do this, and provide the final content for us to implement into your asset.

We are quite flexible about this! We will always have a VC discovery call to run through your project in detail, and thereafter it’s up to you if you prefer email, phone or VC for each stage. We are open to your needs!

Unfortunately it’s really difficult to communicate via DM for a branding project but you can always fire a quick question or message through DM and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Before a project begins, a 50% deposit is required. Once this has been paid your project is booked in and will start at its allocated slot. The final payment is due before all final files are released. We can discuss payment plans if they are required for you to kick-start your brand journey/

At KOB Design UK we empower our clients to take control of their brand once it’s been created. We always send PNG, JPEG, EPS/SVG & PDF for your files so you have flexibility in what your outputs are! You will also receive a file type guide with your files so you can always be assured you’re using the correct one.

We are always happy to provide our existing customers with either one-off or ongoing graphic design services to support your evolving needs and ensure your brand identity remains consistent and effective. This could include social media post creation, additional product packaging, web design and more.
